Outstanding Customer Delivery Update
So that we can play our part in helping to overcome this coronavirus there may be some delays to outstanding customer deliveries.
If you are currently expecting a delivery, everything is still fine with your order and you do not need to do anything. As soon as we can deliver in your area, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date. Rest assured we will be working hard to ensure you receive your delivery at the very earliest time possible. All deliveries are made within 3 to 7 days.

What Delivery Options are Available?
Estimated Delivery Times are displayed next to each individual product, e.g. 3 to 7 days.
Once your order is ready for delivery our customer care team will contact you to personally book you in for your delivery. Your delivery date and time slot will then be secured. On the day of delivery, our drivers will call you to confirm as or pm delivery.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, of course, you can. Once your order has been confirmed we will send you an email with a link to our Order Tracking page so you can monitor your order's progress.
Can I Return a Bed or Mattress If I Don’t Like It?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy from Bedz by Duke Brothers Ltd. If you would like to return an item to us you may do so within 21 days of receiving it (see terms and condition). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on beds or mattresses that have been slept on for hygiene purposes. There return serve will have to be made via your own carrier service providers.
If you think that there is a manufacturing fault with your new bed or mattress then please let us know by sending us a message via our contact us page with your order number, details and any pictures of the issue and we’ll look into it straight away.
